Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be sent to lostockdam@bordernet.com.au by Email only.
A 75% refund
will be made if you cancel any part of the booking 31 days or more prior
to the first day of the booking.
A 50% refund will be made if you cancel any part of the booking between 30
to 7 days prior to the first day of the booking.
A 0% refund will be made if you cancel any part of the booking less than 7 days prior to the first day of the booking.
In summary:
Cancellation 31 or more days before: 75% refund.
Cancellation 30 to 7 days before: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days before: 0% refund.
PLEASE NOTE:
Campers requesting a change of arrival date to a later date must be in writing and this request by the camper must be no later than 14 days before arrival.
